Return and Refund

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sewing4U. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

 

Return Conditions

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Customized or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at contact@sewing4u.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different model or received the wrong item? Contact us at contact@sewing4u.com and we’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange whenever possible.
